72-hour notice required.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel a confirmed barge reservation, we kindly require a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service date and barge departure time. This allows our team sufficient time to reallocate the square footage reserved for your cargo.
For example: If your reservation is scheduled for a 9:00 AM departure on Friday, notice of cancellation must be provided no later than 9:00 AM on Tuesday.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the full cost of the reservation being charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Built for dependable service.
Our barge measures 120 feet by 30 feet and is equipped with a 40-foot ramp. The vessel was built in 2013 and has operated reliably with a strong safety record.
Please note that any equipment or materials transported on the barge are carried at the owner's risk. We are not responsible for damage to loads or equipment unless such damage results directly from a U.S. Coast Guardโrelated incident. While incidents have been extremely rare over the years, we strongly encourage all parties to secure and protect their equipment appropriately prior to transport.
