Daufuskie Island Fall Fest 2022 at Freeport Marina

Live Music | Arts & crafts | Kids Activities | Lowcountry Boil | Oyster Roast Fall Fest is one of the most highly anticipated events of the year for Daufuskie Island. We're kicking off the event at Noon on October 22nd and the party will last until about 6pm.

Live Music & the Clemson Game - October 1st, 2022

The Old Daufuskie Crab Company Restaurant is the place to be on Saturday, October 1st! Whitley Deputy will be performing at 12:30pm, and the big Clemson game will be playing on all of our flatscreen TVs. So come on out and enjoy some good food and drinks while listening to great music and cheering on your favorite team!

Daufuskie Island Barge Update (Sept 2022)

Broad Creek Marina has forced J & W to temporarily move our loading/unloading point for the Daufuskie Barge to the Bull Island Plantation Landing located at 43 Ulmer Drive in Bluffton. This will be our temporary loading/unloading area while BCM is rebuilding their concrete pier, which is projected to take eight months.

Dock your boat at Freeport Marina or you can take a ferry over to the island, and then you can rent a golf cart to get around.

Weekend Update - June 12 2022

The letter from the owner of Freeport Marina on Daufuskie Island apologizes to customers for the lack of music on Saturday and Sunday. The bands scheduled to perform were unable to do so due to unforeseen events, and the owner was not informed until the last minute.
